KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 7, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve & Sign Lease Addendum with Chris <br />Pratz for Lot H-37 of the Kittitas County <br />Airport Binding Site Plan. <br />BACKGROUND: On February 1, 2012, Chris Pratz, entered into <br />a 25 -year lease with Kittitas County for Lot H- <br />37 of the Kittitas County Airport Binding Site <br />Plan. This lease is up for renegotiation for the <br />next 5 -year term.
