  <br />  <br />Section VI <br />  <br />LEASES OF PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />  <br />A lease of personal property may require competitive bids, depending on the total lease <br />value as provided in RCW 39.04.190. For leases valued between $2,500 and $25,000 <br />the process outlined in Section III of this Resolution may be followed.
