(For example, if there was a survey conducted for the prior year, explain the methodology. For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid We use tactics like zip code surveys, registration forms, and waivers to get <br />Overnight's Stay estimates on our event attendance. Since not every one of our events requires a <br />Response* waiver or registration, we also refer to the 2015 downtown zip code survey to <br />determine percentages on overnight stays. <br />For example: <br />We predict 1,872 people will visit from 50 miles away or more for these events. <br />According to a 2015 downtown zip code survey, 24% of those surveyed were <br />visiting from 50 miles away or more (600 from Dachshund on Parade, 1,200 from <br />Hoedown, 2,000 from Buskers, 4,000 from Hometown Holidays= 7,800 people. <br />7,800 x 24%=1,872). <br />2500 character lint. <br />Prior Year Paid In addition to field above, you rray upload the evidence to support the prior years' roorrnight inforrration. <br />Overnight Stay Data You rray upload up to three single pages (US Letter), of inforrration.
