What strategies will you use to assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist destination with your <br />Measuring Results' event/proectfunding request? <br />With events such as Buskers in the Burg and Dachshunds on Parade, we cross <br />promote Wth the Kittitas County Farmers Market and promote other events to <br />increase the value added to all events giving visitors more to do when they arrive. <br />The Buskers in the Burg festival guide also promotes upcoming events such as <br />Mantastash Metric Bike Ride and Ellensburg Film Festival. <br />Hometown Holidays focuses on promoting county wide events because we believe <br />that bringing people to any area of the county increases their chances of staying <br />the night and exploring other areas while they are here. We will also list the county <br />wide tourism website on our website along with event information and utilize the <br />hashtag #Live Life In Color in our social media advertising. <br />2500 character lir it <br />Application Questions: Part 3 <br />41 Collaboration <br />If your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other <br />events, how is this accomplished? <br />Collaboration * The EDA works closely with the Chamber of Commerce, myellensburg.com, and <br />Central Washington Color county wide tourism to cross promote events and widen <br />our reach. <br />Dachshunds on Parade collaborates with the events various sponsors and <br />vendors, the Kittitas County Farmers Market, and the Ellensburg Downtown <br />Association. <br />Hoedown in the Downtown collaborates with the event sponsors, CWU and <br />Ellensburg Rodeo, local breweries and wineries, Pizza Colin, and the musical talent. <br />Buskers in the Burg partners wth 13 sponsors and in 2017 will collaborate with 15 <br />buskers, 2 stage acts, 2 local dance groups, the Kittitas County Farmers Market, <br />breweries and wineries, Kelleher Motor Company, Pizza Colin, KVH, KVFR, PSE, <br />Fitterer's Furniture, AUAP, Rodeo City Roller Girls, Huffman Farms, Ellensburg <br />Bounce Mania, Puddin' Ponies, and 7 downtown businesses will host buskers for <br />Busker Preview Night. <br />Hometown Holidays collaborates with county wide events, seeking input from <br />Roslyn, Cle Elum, Kittitas, and Easton directly. The publication also collaborates <br />with downtown businesses to write the articles that populate it. The events the EDA <br />hosts during the Hometown Holiday's time frame partner with various sponsors and <br />collaborate with various downtown businesses, community groups, and cross <br />promote other holiday events going on. <br />2500 character lirrft <br />51 Future Plans <br />Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining. Include any plans for ticket <br />sales, event sponsors, and other cost -recovery models. <br />
