For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid Data for prior year was collected by surveys conducted by volunteer greeters at <br />Overnight's Stay the entry to the exhibit hall, surveys by exhibiting artists at their booths, ticket sales, <br />Response * auction buyer bid cards and artists booth sales. As a result of the survey we <br />conclude the number of room nights to be 350. Of those artists accounted for <br />approximately 166 nights and show attendees the balance of 184. <br />Our 2018 projection is conservative based on current economic trends.
