Also, all or part of the funds <br />collected from the levy may be transferred to Department <br />of Social & Health Services for the purpose of obtaining <br />federal matching funds. <br />The levy amount may be based on a flat rate of $0.025 per <br />thousand dollars assessed value or the levy amount may be <br />increased or reduced in the same proportion as compared to <br />the prior year's certified county general levy.
