Include width, height, 125. <br />and depth, and rack space requirements. <br /> Describe the mounting options of the proposed system‐rack, floor, or wall. If more than one option exists, 126. <br />please describe the available options and costs, and provide a recommendation. <br /> Provide power specifications of the proposed equipment. 127. <br /> Provide the required cabling specifications for the proposed system. Note any special requirements due to 128. <br />station type. <br /> Describe the environmental considerations of the proposed system, including operational temperature, 129. <br />humidity, and heat dissipation. <br />Vendor support <br /> Implementation work plan – provide an implementation work plan for a complete system installation. 130. <br />Include project milestones and outline expected customer roles/responsibilities. Estimate the amount of time <br />county personnel can expect to spend working with you on this project. <br /> QoS configuration and implementation – describe how you will assist the county in configuring and 131. <br />implementing QoS. <br /> Implementation team – provide a description your implementation team, including engineering staff, 132. <br />technical installation staff, project management staff, and trainers. Include training description and documentation. <br /> System administrator training – the county intends to manage the system and requires adequate training for 134. <br />IT staff that meets manufacturer requirements; you must provide installation, maintenance, administration, and <br />programming training; note who will provide training and at what location, and if manufacturer certification is <br />required for customer system support. Include training documentation. Pricing should include training for 5 <br />administrators. <br /> Vendor warranty service – provide a description of your warranty service, including guaranteed response 135. <br />times, preventive maintenance schedules, and any added service offerings. <br /> Manufacturer warranty service – provide a description of the manufacturer’s warranty on the products 136. <br />proposed. <br /> Remote diagnostics – describe your company’s ability to provide remote diagnostics and provide a list of 137. <br />your fees and the minimum billing increment. <br /> Help Desk ‐ describe your help desk function to support this product. 138.
