BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. o Q l 7 -P05 <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH PETROLEUM AND LUBRICANT PRODUCTS FOR 2017 AND <br />AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SIGN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was advertised for Petroleum and Lubricant Products for 2017 on <br />December 8, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on December 22, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County Public <br />Works and five (5) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bids of A-1 Petroleum for <br />Schedule "A"; R.E. Powell Distributing for Schedule "B"; and Co -Energy for Schedule "C" <br />be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest of the <br />public, does hereby award the bid for 2017 Fuel to A-1 Petroleum for Schedule "A"; R.E.
