The Winegar Triangle Site is a corner of the Winegar Family property which is one of the highest priority acquisi- <br />tions to establish the trail corridor. This location would be the point along the existing trail where the northern <br />bypass should turn off of the former railway corridor. The route here would follow a City Comprehensive Plan <br />designated street extension (Cora Street) which is on the western edge of the established Hannah Street residential <br />area. Property owners along this route include the NVine} ars, Linders and Woods.
