GovAI helps government <br />agencies improve staff productivity and service delivery by providing secure, practical AI <br />assistance for drafting, summarizing, research, policy development, records -related <br />workflows, and operational decision support. It enables teams to complete routine <br />knowledge work faster while maintaining the governance, accountability, and public - <br />sector context agencies require. <br />The IT Department and other users have had positive experiences test driving GovAI's <br />platform and decided to move forward with upgrading to their enterprise -level package <br />quoted for $15k annually that offers further privacy and security protection, more Al <br />features, and improved user experience. The Central Services Committee has been <br />briefed and recommended the upgrade. Finance & Budgeting Director Zack DeHaven <br />and Deputy Prosecutor III James McCubbin have both reviewed the quote.
