3. Approval of Minutes:
MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM APRIL 30TH 2O26: Jodi Larsen moved to approve the
April, 2026, minutes. Pam Tuggle-Miles second. All in favor. Motion carried.
4. Strategic Planning
Robin Read went over a comparison of programs to highlight the areas of crossover and
differences in currently funded programs.This provided insight into potential gaps and areas in
which the board may want to focus.
Robin went on to review the Vision, Mission, and Value statements that were chosen in the
anonymous survey. She gave the opportunity to discuss these statements and fine-tune them.
This also led into the discussion of a potential board name change to better reflect the goals of
the board in a shorter title.
The board formed a subcommittee to refine their mission statement further.
S. RFP Next Steps—Finalizing Questions
Emma Madland shared information about the questions that were submitted for the RFP
applicants. She gave a brief presentation and opened up discussion to ensure the board was all
on the same page.

Tabled due to lack of quorum
4. Scoring Discussion
Emma Madland led a discussion on the applicants. Without a quorum, no action was taken.The
present committee members discussed what the agencies have done well previously, changes
they would like to see, pros to continued funding, and cons to continued funding. Emma will
distribute notes to absent members and action will be taken in July.

Member Removal
The present board members discussed attendance issues and the process is for removing a
member who is not attending meetings or communicating to have absences excused.
