TUESDAY 5:30 PM APRIL 28TH, 2026
Board Members Present:
Hope Isitt, Rich Elliott,Jaelyn McMahan, Amy Mohler, Brett Wachsmith (Chair)
Excused:Toby Allphin, David McBride,Jason Self,Justin Grindrod
Others: Emma Madland (Clerk), Laurie Holt, Robin Read
1. Meeting called to order at 5:32 PM.
2. Citizen Comments: N/A
3. Approval of Minutes:Tabled due to lack of quorum
4. Review Biennial Plan: Robin Read reviewed the notes from the previous meeting and talked
about data regarding adult employment statistics, clarifying it is a point in time count.They
discussed ways to gather more community input through an additional survey or discussion
groups for collaborative brainstorming, specifically including community members we don't
already have contact with.

Quorum discussion
There was concern about low meeting attendance.The group discussed ways in which we could
prevent quorum issues. Suggestions included a shift in meeting times or amending the bylaws to
include additional board members.
