Board Members Present:
Pam Tuggle-Miles, Chris West (Remote), Mike Karraker,Jodi Larsen, Cay Crowley
Excused: Doug Fessler, Dr. Mark Larson, Brett Wachsmith (Chair)

1. Meeting called to order at 1:02 PM
2. Citizen Comments: N/A
3. Approval of Minutes:
The board discussed the minutes from February 261", 2026.They requested an amendment to be
made to include information about the stop-gap funding that was discussed.
MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 2026:Jodi Larsen moved to approve the
February 26t", 2026 minutes with amendments as discussed. Mike Karraker second. All in favor.
Motion carried.
4. Strategic Planning
Robin Read led the group through some initial strategic planning discussions.They discussed the
timeline, interview results, other counties' plans, and the results of the Behavioral Health Needs
(BHN)Assessment. The group shared goals for the local behavioral health system and discussed
implications of the BHN Assessment.
