KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS MINUTES <br /> COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM <br /> 205 West 5t' Room 109 - Ellensburg <br /> Special Regular Meeting <br /> 5:30 PM MARCH 31, 2026 <br /> WEDNESDAY <br /> Committee Members Present: Bryan Elliott, Rich Elliott, Steven Cook, Matthew Lundh, <br /> Jim DeVere, Dave Allenbaugh, Jeff Adams, Sean Crabb <br /> Committee Members Absent: Cory Wright, Nancy Goodloe, Richard Hink, Tom Uren <br /> Others: <br /> Josh Fredrickson and Candie Leader - Kittitas County Public Works <br /> Jeanne Killgore - Kittitas County Human Resources <br /> Amy McGuffin - Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce <br /> Heidi Behrends Cerniwey and Kelle Vandenberg - City of Ellensburg <br /> Rob Ogburn - Central Washington University <br /> Gina Peckman <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (3 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br /> Amy McGuffin, CEO at Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, commented that as the <br /> group evaluates applicants for Economic Development Director to remember that the <br /> economic development circle is like an eco-system and as the Action Committee <br /> continues this process to consider that the applicants may be able to build new <br /> relationships but can the applicants continue to foster and maintain current <br /> relationships. Amy McGuffin continued that while someone may look good on paper, <br /> will they be able to maintain those existing relationships. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Sean Crabb inquired if any amendments were needed to the agenda. Rich Elliott <br /> made a motion to approve the agenda as presented with Jim DeVere seconding the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 03-31-2026 Minutes 1 <br />
