Meeting called to order at 1:30 PM <br /> 2. Introductions: None <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: None <br /> 4. Minute Approval (January 2026): <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR JANUARY,2026: Michael Karraker moved to approve <br /> the January minutes as presented. Matthew Stalder second. All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> 5. Action Plan Questions/Discussion: <br /> Joan Neslund expressed her thoughts on the importance of community training for how to work <br /> with and respond to individuals experiencing homelessness. Brief discussion was held on how to <br /> share best practices for common challenges organizations may face.The committee asked more <br /> questions surrounding the process and outcome of the action plan development.They asked for <br /> an example to reference as they think about next steps. Emma Madland will provide an example <br /> via email. <br /> 6. Other Business: <br /> Elect Vice Chair <br /> Joan Neslund nominated Michael Karraker to be Vice-chair for 2026. <br /> MOTION TO RE-ELECT MICHAEL KARRAKER AS VICE-CHAIR:Joan Neslund moved to re-elect <br /> Michael Karaker as vice-chair for 2026. Skylar Bisom-Rapp second. All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> Holiday Reschedules <br /> The committee discussed the holiday conflict in September and decided to reschedule their <br /> meeting for the following week. <br /> 1 <br />
