The meeting was opened for the Board of Equalization (BOE) at 1:34 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Nicole Gessel moved to approve the meeting minutes from January 6, 2026.
Jessica Hutchinson seconded. Discussion - None. Motion carried.
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF HEARING ERAbUNERS PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE
FOLLOWING HEARING DATES:
• BE-250128 - BE-250129 Vantage Wind Energy LLC
Motion by Nicole Gessel to accept BOE case BE-250128 and BE-250129
as recommended by the Hearing Examiner to support the Assessor' s
value. Seconded by Jessica Hutchinson. Motion passed.
• BE-250130 Wesley Price
Motion by Nicole Gessel to accept BOE BE-250130 the Hearing
Examiner proposal to decrease the improvement value from $323, 750
for a total assessed value of $420, 770. Seconded by Ann Shaw.
Motion passed.
