Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE DECEMBER 11TH 2025 MINUTES: William DeHaven moved to approve <br /> DECEMBER 11t", 2025 minutes. Ronald Ness second. All in favor. Recommendation of New Members <br /> Emma Madland shared recommendations from Ruben Cardenas in his absence.The board <br /> discussed how they wanted to move forward.There is one applicant left to be interviewed.The <br /> board decided to recommend one of the applicants,follow up with other recommendations <br /> regarding their affiliation with a nationally recognized veterans service organization (in <br /> accordance with RCW), and complete the final interview before making a decision on the <br /> remaining two positions. <br /> 5.
