Board Members Present:

Excused: Kristin Ashley, Ruben Cardenas,Andrew Pruitt

1. Meeting called to order at 2:08 PM.
2. Citizen Comments—None
3. Approval of Minutes
MOTION TO APPROVE DECEMBER 11TH 2025 MINUTES: William DeHaven moved to approve
DECEMBER 11t", 2025 minutes. Ronald Ness second. All in favor. Motion carried.
4. Recommendation of New Members
Emma Madland shared recommendations from Ruben Cardenas in his absence.The board
discussed how they wanted to move forward.There is one applicant left to be interviewed.The
board decided to recommend one of the applicants,follow up with other recommendations
regarding their affiliation with a nationally recognized veterans service organization (in
accordance with RCW), and complete the final interview before making a decision on the
remaining two positions.
