BOARD OF EQUALIZATION <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> 411 N Ruby St, Ste 2, CDS Conference Rm <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 10:00 AM January 6, 2026 <br /> Board members present: Ann Shaw, Jessica Hutchinson, and Nicole Gessel. <br /> Staff: Jessica Miller, Clerk. <br /> The meeting was opened for the Board of Equalization (BOE) at 10: 01 a.m. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 min. time limit) <br /> There are no citizen comments <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Jessica Hutchinson moved to approve the minutes from December 2, 2025. Ann <br /> Shaw seconded. Discussion - None. Motion carried. <br /> DISCUSS/DECIDE - HEARING SCHEDULE FOR PETITIONS RECEIVED <br /> The Board of Equalization received a petition to reconvene. Discussion <br /> occurred. The BOE agreed to accept the petition and schedule a hearing. <br /> Jessica Hutchinson moved to accept petition BE-250130 and accept that the <br /> BOE reconvene for the hearing. Nicole Gessel seconded. Discussion - none. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> There are three petition the BOE received that need to have a hearing <br /> scheduled. Two for Personal Property and one Reconvene.
