SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 10:00 AM January 6, 2026
Board members present: Ann Shaw, Jessica Hutchinson, and Nicole Gessel.
Staff: Jessica Miller, Clerk.
The meeting was opened for the Board of Equalization (BOE) at 10: 01 a.m.
CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 min. time limit)
There are no citizen comments
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Jessica Hutchinson moved to approve the minutes from December 2, 2025. Ann
Shaw seconded. Discussion - None. Motion carried.
DISCUSS/DECIDE - HEARING SCHEDULE FOR PETITIONS RECEIVED
The Board of Equalization received a petition to reconvene. Discussion
occurred. The BOE agreed to accept the petition and schedule a hearing.
Jessica Hutchinson moved to accept petition BE-250130 and accept that the
BOE reconvene for the hearing. Nicole Gessel seconded. Discussion - none.
Motion carried.
There are three petition the BOE received that need to have a hearing
scheduled. Two for Personal Property and one Reconvene. The BOE discussed
and decided to have the hearings on February 24, 2026 starting at 10 am.
The BOE discussed and decided to have the next BOE meeting on March 12,
2026.

There was no other business.
