Board members present: Ann Shaw, Jessica Hutchinson, and Nicole Gessel.
Staff: Jessica Miller, Clerk.
The meeting was opened for the Board of Equalization (BOE) at 1 :05 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Jessica Hutchinson moved to approve the minutes from November 13, 2025 .
Ann Shaw seconded. Discussion - None. Motion carried.
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF HEARING EXAMINERS PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE
FOLLOWING HEARING DATES:
• BE-250004 Cle Elum Self Storage LLC
Motion by Nicole Gessel to accept BOE case BE-250004 as recommended
by the Hearing Examiner to reduce the improved value to $2, 344, 050
to a total value of $2, 625, 480 . Seconded by Jessica Hutchinson.
Motion passed.
• BE-250005 Ahmad Salim
Motion by Jessica Hutchinson on BE-250005 that we reduce the
improvement value to $8, 000 for a total of $226, 830 . Seconded by
Nicole Gessel. Motion passed.
• BE-250021 Glen and Kelley Lutz
Motion by Jessica Hutchinson on BE-250021 that we accept the
Hearing Examiners and uphold the assessed value. Seconded by Nicole
Gessel. Motion passed.
• BE-250026 - 29 Graham Real Ventures LLC
Motion by Ann Shaw on BE-250026, 27, 28, and 29 that we uphold the
assessed value. Seconded by Nicole Gessel. Motion passed.
• BE-250044 Sharon and Daniel Tonnemacher
Motion by Ann Shaw on BE-250044 to uphold the assessed value.
Seconded by Nicole Gessel. Motion passed.
• BE-250046 - 61 Chris Hornby
Motion by Nicole Gessel to accept BOE case BE-250046 through 61 as
recommended by the Hearing Examiner to support the Assessor' s
value. Seconded by Ann Shaw. Motion passed.
