Answers may be rambling, unorganized, or difficult to follow. <br />STAR METHOD <br />Look for these components in each candidate response: <br />• What was the Situation — Set the scene; describe the context, challenge, or project. <br />• What was your Task— Explain the goal, responsibility, or problem. <br />• What Action did you take — Detail the specific steps taken to handle the situation. <br />• What was the Result — Describe the outcome, including metrics, accomplishments, and what was learned. <br />
