Meeting called to order at 1:31 PM <br /> 2. Introductions: N/A <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 4. Minute Approval <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 6T"AND OCTOBER 16T", 2025:Janine <br /> Brodine moved to approve the October minutes as presented. Nancy Goodloe second. All in <br /> favor. Motion Carried. <br /> 5. Committee Business—None <br /> 6. Other Business— <br /> Public Hearing Update <br /> Emma Madland informed the committee that in the upcoming agenda session, the public <br /> hearing date to adopt the 5-year plan should be approved and that she will update the board <br /> when it is finalized. <br /> Financial Proiections <br /> Matthew Stalder shared that he had been reviewing budget information and talking to <br /> HopeSource. He expressed concern overgrowing expenses and asked if a contract had been <br /> renewed. Kasey Knutson informed him that the contract is already in place and encumbered <br /> funds are set aside. <br /> Field Trip <br /> Brett Wachsmith expressed interest in going as a committee to visit the upper county <br /> hopesource properties that have been funded. <br /> Cold Weather Shelter <br /> 1 <br />
