Approval of Minutes: <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 30T", 2025: Michael Karraker moved to <br /> approve the October, 2025 minutes. Cay Crowley second. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. Behavioral Health Court Presentation <br /> Emily Brown, Lower District Court, came to present for the Behavioral Health Court, sharing <br /> information about how it began, what the model looks like, eligibility, expectations, benefits, <br /> data, and outcomes. <br /> 5. Committee Business <br /> Recruitment Update: <br /> Pam Tuggle-Miles shared an update with the board about the recruitment process and <br /> recommended that they appoint Christopher West and Jodi Larsen as new members of the <br /> board. <br /> MOTION TO RECOMMEND CHRISTOPHER WEST AND JODI LARSEN TO BOCC FOR APPOINTMENT: <br /> Pam Tuggle-Miles moved to recommend Chris and Jodi for appointment.
