Would like to meet with the Budget Committee <br /> next week. Budget was emailed to everyone. Please review. <br /> Extension/FFA/Grange: Extension Report emailed. EHS FFA- Russell—has 75 members. <br /> Alumni Dinner tickets are on sale. November 8, 2025, date for dinner. THORP FFA- Fudacz- <br /> has 30 members. Will participate with Thorp Community Days Friday and Saturday. <br /> Friends of the Fair Report: <br /> FOF10-02-25.pdf <br /> Staff Report: Grandstands Project: walk through had 60 folks. Bids close October 7, 2025. <br /> Several county departments are involved and all are on board. Deadline to begin is mid- <br /> November. Blackwood: is there a design to look at? Yes, will send design and plans. Kittitas <br /> County Chamber of Commerce would like to place cameras to stream the progress. RV Project: <br /> Working with State Parks, met with engineers about proximity to Wilson Creek to the project. <br /> Estimate is 3.8million. There is board training available. It is time for everyone to update. <br /> Records Management and OPMA. Will work on getting materials so that these can be taken <br /> individually. There is also an opportunity to take Risk Management training February 24-25, <br /> 2026. <br />
