Jim DeVere made a motion to approve the <br /> agenda as amended with Matthew Lundh seconding the motion. Motion passed. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br /> Gina Peckman spoke on RCW 82 . 14 . 370 economic development sharing that <br /> unincorporated representation is not present within the plan.
