Jim DeVere made a motion to approve the <br /> agenda as amended with Matthew Lundh seconding the motion. Motion passed. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br /> Gina Peckman spoke on RCW 82 . 14 . 370 economic development sharing that <br /> unincorporated representation is not present within the plan. Gina Peckman <br /> requested the group consider a voting position for unincorporated County as <br /> this has implications on how funding is directed. <br /> 08-20-2025 Minutes 1 <br />
