One bid didn't include a Bid Bond and thus should be considered non- <br /> responsive.This was the second low bid. Seven of the eight bids were fairly close with one <br /> bid being substantially higher than the rest.The average of these seven bids was <br /> approximately$5,452,000.The low bid of$5,030,000 was submitted by Cascade Central <br /> Construction, LLC.We have reviewed this bid and recommend awarding a Contract to <br /> Cascade Central Construction. <br /> One Alternate for lighted signs was bid. Cascade Central Construction's bid of$35,000 <br /> appears to be a fair price and in the middle of the range of all alternate bids.
