STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID
WHEREAS: Kittitas County went out to bid for a contractor to provide services for the
Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County received 8 bids for the Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS: ALSC Architects has reviewed the bid's required documents; and
WHEREAS: ALSC Architects has confirmed that the low bidder is a licensed contractor
with the Department of Labor and Industries and has submitted a letter supporting award
of the bid and;
WHEREAS: It has been confirmed with the Federal Government website "SAM"
(System for Award Management) that the contractor has not been debarred or suspended
by the Federal Government; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, and having considered the review documents, copies of
which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference, hereby awards the bid for the
Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project to Cascade Central Construction.
