BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2025- <br /> RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County went out to bid for a contractor to provide services for the <br /> Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project; and <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County received 8 bids for the Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement <br /> Project; and <br /> WHEREAS: ALSC Architects has reviewed the bid's required documents; and <br /> WHEREAS: ALSC Architects has confirmed that the low bidder is a licensed contractor <br /> with the Department of Labor and Industries and has submitted a letter supporting award <br /> of the bid and; <br /> WHEREAS: It has been confirmed with the Federal Government website "SAM" <br /> (System for Award Management) that the contractor has not been debarred or suspended <br /> by the Federal Government; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners, in <br /> the best interest of the public, and having considered the review documents, copies of <br /> which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference, hereby awards the bid for the <br /> Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project to Cascade Central Construction. <br /> ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
