AGENDA DATE: October 15, 2025
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners Approval on the Resolution
to award the bid for the Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project.
BACKGROUND: For over 10 years the County has been working with the Rodeo Board
looking at ways to make necessary improvements to the Rodeo arena
grandstands. With a joint partnership and the use of Lodging tax
funding has been secured to move forward with the replacement of
the west grandstands. This project will provide ADA seating, new
restrooms and other safety improvements.
On September 30, 2025, eight bids were received. After reviewing the
bids, Architect has determined that Cascade Central Construction Inc.,
was the lowest responsive bidder.
INTERACTION: Prosecutors office and ALSC Architects.
RECOMMENDATION: Request Boards Approval and signature on the resolution to award the
bid to Cascade Central Construction Inc.
