Meeting called to order at 1:07 PM <br /> 2. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES FROM MAY 2025: Doug Fessler moved to approve the May 2025 <br /> minutes. Michael Karraker second. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. Other Business <br /> RFP Update: <br /> Emma Madland gave the group an update on the status of the 2025 Request for Proposals. She <br /> shared that it was posted and accepting applications as of June 26'. Michael Karraker brought <br /> up the scoring process and asked about how success can be measured throughout the grant and <br /> if the scoring matrix can be referenced in that process.There was further discussion on <br /> measures of success. Kasey Knutson gave insight on the process and purpose of the Evaluation <br /> Workbook and how it relates to data-tracking. Cay Crowley offered suggestions on how to <br /> improve the process in later cycles through added emphasis on availability of care and direct <br /> services in the workbook. <br /> The group went on to discuss the terms of eligibility and definitions of a new or expanded <br /> program. Kasey Knutson spoke about the RCW and gave context. She also clarified that this <br /> funding cannot be used to supplant federal funding. <br /> 1 <br />
