STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO.2025 - G Q � t
AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL
CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD FOR 2024.
WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires annual reporting of
various Road Fund expenditures by the County Engineer; and
WHEREAS: The County Sheriff, County Auditor, County Engineer and the Chair of the Board
of County Commissioners are required to annually certify Road Fund diversions
supporting Traffic Law Enforcement (TLE) activities; and
WHEREAS: The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners signature is required to
complete 2024 County Road Administration Board (CRAB) reporting
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on the Digital Submittal
Certification to the County Road Administration Board for 2024.
