RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - NO
AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL OF LEVY
CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its
budget for the Calendar Year 2025; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved (Resolution 2024-
206) the levying certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of
Kittitas County; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works has worked with County
Departments to obtain the information needed as part of the Certification of the
road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produces for 2025 (Exhibit 1); and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required (WAC 136-150) to
submit an annual Digital Certification to the County Road Administration Board
and;
WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board Digital Submittal Certification requires
Board of County Commissioners Chair signature and submittal electronically.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due
consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby move to approve Chair Signature
on the Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board.
