As part of the ongoing negotiations with the <br /> Yakama Nation and additional Kittitas County Critical Area Code discussions with Facet NW(Critical <br /> Areas Consultant) CDS will be moving forward with this task order to gather real data regarding GIS & <br /> Stream Buffer information and conduct an analysis pursuant to Best Available Science(BAS). <br /> This will be supportive information that will be utilized as part of our periodic review of the Critical <br /> Areas Code. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Periodic Update requires an additional review of the Critical Areas Code, and this information will <br /> be a supportive analysis to the Critical Areas Code update. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> None <br /> FISCAL IMPACTS: <br /> None <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> None <br />
