OCTOBER 8 , 2024 <br /> Board members present: David McBride, Justin Grindrod, Jason Self, Brett <br /> Wachsmith, Rich Elliott, Toby Allphin, Amy Mohler, Hope Isitt <br /> Board members absent : <br /> Others : Kasey Knutson (clerk) , Robin Read (facilitator) <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Brett Wachsmith called the meeting to order at 5 : 30 pm. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENT <br /> None <br /> APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br /> Toby Allphin moved to approve the meeting minutes from September. Jason <br /> Self second. All approved September meeting minutes . <br /> ROBIN READ BIENNIAL PLAN FACILITATION <br /> Ms . Read started by passing information out about the strategies that were <br /> chosen as the top priority for the plan. She then had people work in <br /> smaller groups to develop activities for each of the priorities including <br /> employment, housing, transportation, and communication. The group members <br /> worked to create activities on provided worksheets that Ms . Read will <br /> compile. <br /> After the groups stopped working, they each reported out to the larger <br /> group on some of the activities created. <br /> Ms .
