KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> Courthouse RM 201 , ELLENSBURG <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> TUESDAY 6: 00 PM May 14 , 2024 <br /> Board members present: Bruce Coe, Michael Lundin, Joseph <br /> Pearson, Warren Taylor, Pat Deneen, and Scott Carlson. <br /> Not Present: None <br /> Others : Chad Bala, and Jessica Miller and one (1) members of the <br /> public . <br /> Meeting was called to order at 6: 00 P.M. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 min. time limit) <br /> There were no citizen comments . <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by COMMISSIONER TAYLOR to approve the minutes as <br /> submitted. COMMISSIONER LUNDIN seconded. Motion passed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> BUILDABLE LANDS <br /> DIRECTOR BALA stated that CDS has professional service <br /> agreements with two consultants . The buildable lands will <br /> be a part of our periodic update process . The two chosen <br /> consultants are Kimley-Horn and Associates and BHC <br /> Consultants . Currently CDS has a general professional <br /> service agreement with the two companies and then when we <br /> get to the point of developing our work program for the <br /> periodic update, we will amend the agreement for individual <br /> tasks . The periodic update needs to be completed by June <br /> 2026 . Discussion occurred. <br /> DIRECTOR' S REPORT <br /> DIRECTOR BALA presented a summary of the current items and <br /> projects being tracked.
