KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> Courthouse RM 201 , ELLENSBURG <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> TUESDAY 6: 00 PM February 13, 2024 <br /> Board members present: Bruce Coe, Michael Lundin, Joseph <br /> Pearson, Warren Taylor, Scott Carlson, and Pat Deneen. <br /> Not Present: None <br /> Others : Mark Cook, Jamey Ayling, Bradley Gasawski and Jessica <br /> Miller and zero (0) members of the public . <br /> Meeting was called to order at 6: 00 P.M. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 min. time limit) <br /> There were no citizen comments . <br /> ELECTION OF 2024 CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR <br /> COMMISSIONER DENEEN nominating Bruce Coe as Chair. <br /> COMMISSIONER PEARSON seconded. <br /> COMMISSIONER PEARSON nominated Pat Deneen as Vice-Chair. No <br /> second, nomination failed. <br /> COMMISSIONER DENEEN nominated Michael Lundin as Vice-Chair. <br /> COMMISSIONER TAYLOR seconded. <br /> COMMISSIONER DENEEN moved to close the nominations . <br /> COMMISSIONER CARLSON seconded. Motion passed. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by COMMISSIONER PEARSON to approved the three sets <br /> of meeting minutes . COMMISSIONER DENEEN seconded. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> BUILDABLE LANDS ANALYSIS UDPATE <br /> PLANNING MANAGER AYLING presented memorandum and provided <br /> update regarding the information we currently have and <br /> plans to move forward.
