If the <br /> footnote was removed from the allowed use table referring to the <br /> conditional use permit only in the Liberty Overlay then a conditional use <br /> permit could be applied for and still invoke a level of control for <br /> conformity within the forest and range zone. <br /> INTERACTION: Community Development Services, and Board of County Commissioners. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Pursue a code amendment removing reference to footnote 36 from the <br /> allowed use table amending Kittitas County Code through an out-of- <br /> docket cycle procedure required by KCC 1513.04.020 and Table B. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: Kittitas County Code 17.15.060.1 <br /> LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager <br /> COMMUNITY PLANNING•BUILDING INSPECTION•PLAN REVIEW•ADMINISTRATION•PERMIT SERVICES•CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />
