KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> WEBEX - ELLENSBURG <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> TUESDAY 6 : 00 PM November 10 , 2021 <br /> Board members present: Don Chance, Bruce Coe, Michael Lundin, <br /> Scott Carlson, Ian Elliot, and Warren Taylor. <br /> Not Present : Steve Douglas . <br /> Others : Dan Carlson, Jeremy Johnston, Rachael Stevie, Kelly <br /> Bacon, Bridget Pechtel, Jeremiah Cromie, Neil Caulkins, Ken <br /> Grannan, Mark Cook, Jessica Miller and four (4) members of the <br /> public. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 6 : 00 P.M. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by COMMISSIONER ELLIOT moved to approve the October <br /> minutes as presented. Seconded by COMMISSIONER TAYLOR. <br /> Discussion - None . Motion passed unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2021 ANNUAL DOCKET <br /> LONG RANGE PLANNER, BRIDGET PECHTEL presented the background <br /> information and the 2021 Annual Docket process . The deadline for <br /> the public to submit proposals was June 30, 2021 . The Planning <br /> Commission public hearing is November 10, 2021 . It is planned to <br /> go before the Board of County Commissioners as a public hearing <br /> on November 22, 2021, and final adoption by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners is planned for the end-of-year 2021 . <br /> Docket Item 21-01 : Airport Overlay Zones - This item was <br /> proposed by the Kittitas County Airport staff. This amendment <br /> proposed to amend KCC 17 . 58 to update the Airport Overlay Zones . <br /> Presentation provided by AIRPORT DIRECTOR, KEN GRANNAN. No <br /> public comments received. <br /> CHAIR COE opened public comment discussion. No comments . CHAIR <br /> COE closed public comment . <br /> COMMISSIONER ELLIOT moved to approve the amendment and pass on <br /> to the Board of County Commissioners as proposed by airport <br /> 2021-11-10 MINUTES 1 <br />
