BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO.: 2021 - <br />An Ordinance Re ealin Ordinance No. 2021-005 <br />WHEREAS, on April 14, 2021 the Board of County Commissioners passed Ordinance <br />2021-005 An Ordinance Related to a Sales & Use Tax for Mental Health <br />Purposes as Authorized by RCW 82.14.460; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ordinance contemplated placing the matter before the voters at the <br />next election which did not occur; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioner, after due notice, held a hearing on December <br />7, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, after the close of any public input portion and after due deliberation, the <br />Board voted to repeal Ordinance 2021-005. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED THAT: <br />Kittitas County Ordinance 2021-005 is hereby repealed. <br />ADOPTED this _day of <br />2021. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Vice Chairman <br />Commissioner <br />
